All About Auras!

All living creatures have an energy field.

Even though your body feels solid, it's actually made of energy waves, dancing in empty space. Yes, empty space. We are made of light, of energy. And auras are just an extension of the energy that makes up who you are.

Auras usually extend out between one and three feet from the body, and they have seven layers, with an electric blue communication layer in between each one. The aura is really generated by your chakras, the energy centers that run along your spine. It's easiest to see this energy field with your third eye (clairvoyant chakra), but they are also sometimes visible with your physical eyes if you relax and don't focus too hard.

Did you know .... you can feel the aura with your hands! Find a willing volunteer, and then step back from them about six feet. Step forward slowly with your palms out. Notice when you start to feel an electrical sensation in your hands, or a "change" in the feel of the air around that person.
